Rowe Investigation, Inc. was founded in 1976 by the current owner and general manager, Ralph W. Rowe. Mr. Rowe received related degrees in Police Administration from St. Petersburg Junior College and Criminology from Florida State University prior to serving seven years as a police officer with the Tampa Police Department. With a desire to work in the private sector, Mr. Rowe formed the company, which has remained small and personal by design. He and Rowe Investigation, Inc. can now boast thirty years of investigative experience in the public, corporate and self-employment arenas. This vast experience includes criminal investigations for both the prosecution and the defense; successful civil investigation for insurance and large corporate clients; discreet private investigation and personal executive protection contracts. The most coveted and specifically qualified position has been one of field investigation involving questionable or fraudulent claims of personal injury or property loss. Rowe has literally spent years of self-motivated, one on one, behind the scenes undercover investigation for corporate and insurance clients.
